On another note, since I have about 40 unique visitors a day, and 20-some registered users, I want to indulge in the self-conceit of an open thread, to try and entice some of the lurkers here to come out and have their say.

By the way, I'm one of those guys who keeps passwords on a sheet of paper (because I lived through the excuriating experience of a forgotten PGP passphrase - very likely off just by one letter). The current U.S. Letter sized sheet overflowed a couple of months ago, and has half a dozen entries on the back, so I'm considering my key management model again.
